Your responsibilities
- As the EV Academy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the establishment and growth of our headquarters in Piaseczno, Poland. With a focus on delivery and execution and a forward-thinking entrepreneurial mindset, you will oversee the scaling up of facilities, training materials, and recruitment processes.
- Support from EV Repair and NRF group ensures you have the resources needed for a swift and successful progression.
- Lead the set-up and fit-out of the facilities at the new EV Academy headquarters.
- Ensure timely preparation of training formats and materials within agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain open communication with EV Repair and NRF, providing periodic updates and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Handle tasks, create a stable environment, and build trust with our customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for EV Academy status updates to parent companies and external customers.
- Represent EV Academy at selected events in Poland initially.
Our requirements
- Experience in launching projects/businesses from scratch - (Project) Management or Operations Manager experience.
- Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for e-Mobility and automotive aftermarket.
- Willingness to travel (<10%) with a valid driving license (B).
- A can-do mindset, organizational and interpersonal skills, and self-drive motivation.
