Your responsibilities
- Reconciliation Management: Execute daily, monthly, and yearly account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Bank and Cash Reconciliation: Collaborate on new cash processing, perform detailed reconciliations, and address discrepancies
- General Ledger Reporting: Maintain accuracy in journal entries, collaborate for proper coding, and ensure compliance with standards
- Process Improvement: Assess and enhance reconciliation processes for efficiency, implementing internal control changes
- Communication and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and communicate reconciling items clearly
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and stay informed about relevant regulations
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous work experience in accounts reconciliation, general ledger or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- ERP experience required (preferably SAP)
- Working proficiency in English
