About the project
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Platform Engineer responsible for the technical ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of business-critical SaaS platforms within a large enterprise environment.
The role focuses on managing and evolving a portfolio of collaboration, innovation, digital workplace, and AI-powered platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong platform administration skills with technical consulting, automation capabilities, and solution design expertise to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient platform services.
You will act as the primary technical expert for assigned SaaS platforms, supporting internal stakeholders with platform onboarding, governance, integrations, troubleshooting, adoption, and optimization initiatives.
The role requires a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups.
Your responsibilities
- Own, administer, and continuously improve a portfolio of enterprise SaaS platforms, including: Miro Synthesia Slack UserTesting Rapid AI prototyping platforms such as v0, Lovable, Framer, and Figma Make
- Manage platform configurations, user administration, permissions, access models, workflows, templates, and security settings.
- Define and maintain platform standards, governance models, and operational best practices.
- Support platform adoption by creating guidelines, documentation, and enablement materials.
- Manage platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, feature releases, roadmap reviews, and vendor coordination.
- Act as a technical point of contact for SaaS platforms and business users.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related incidents, technical issues, and service requests.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth user adoption across enterprise teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platforms comply with enterprise security, governance, and data protection standards.
- Design, build, and maintain lightweight integrations and automation workflows.
- Connect SaaS platforms with enterprise systems using APIs and automation frameworks.
- Develop scripts and technical solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON-based integrations, webhooks, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a SaaS Platform Engineer, SaaS Administrator, Digital Workplace Engineer, or similar technical platform role.
- Strong hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Solid understanding of: User management Permission models Access governance Platform configuration Security and compliance principles
- Experience supporting collaboration, innovation, digital workplace, or AI-powered SaaS platforms.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical solutions.
- Experience creating automation workflows and lightweight integrations.
- Basic to intermediate software development skills.
- Practical knowledge of: REST APIs JSON JavaScript or TypeScript Webhooks API integrations Low-code / no-code platforms Power BI reporting
- Experience working in large enterprise or multinational organizations.
- Understanding of SaaS governance, security, compliance, and vendor management processes.
- Experience supporting global user communities and distributed stakeholder groups.
- Previous exposure to AI-powered SaaS solutions and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience with collaboration and innovation platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-oriented operating models.
- Experience working in digital workplace environments.
