About the project
We are building an internal product designed for Graphic Designers and Virtual Decoration Specialists, delivering tools that optimize creative workflows, collaboration, and the overall design process.
This is a fast-evolving domain with continuous opportunities to rethink user journeys, improve operational efficiency, and shape scalable engineering solutions. The environment combines strong engineering ownership, product collaboration, and modern cloud-native development practices.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical improvements across backend services, infrastructure, and supporting systems
- Take ownership of backend engineering initiatives with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with team members to challenge ideas and drive well-founded technical decisions
- Participate actively in engineering and architecture discussions
- Provide constructive peer feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Demonstrate curiosity about customer problems and actively build domain understanding
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve effectiveness and delivery quality
- Support production environments, observability practices, and operational excellence
Our requirements
- Advanced proficiency in C# / .NET
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong background in DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including:
- Observability
- Monitoring & alerting
- Incident response
- Broader DevOps practices beyond Infrastructure as Code
- Intermediate Python proficiency
- Experience with Identity & Access Management, including:
- MSAL
- Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- OAuth 2.0 On-Behalf-Of flows
- Machine-to-Machine (M2M) token patterns
- Experience with message brokers and event streaming platforms (preferably Apache Pulsar)
- Solid understanding of:
- Event-driven architecture
- Eventual consistency
- Failure handling strategies
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including production ownership and troubleshooting
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including:
- Docker multi-stage builds
- GitHub Actions workflows
- Automated testing pipelines
- Frontend development experience (React + TypeScript)
- Experience working within a Product Trio model
- Interest in or exposure to agentic systems / AI-driven software development
