Twój zakres obowiązków
- Daily contact with drivers
- Coordinating drivers – assigning routes, monitoring execution, and ensuring compliance
- Planning and control of working and driving hours according to EU rules
- Real-time tracking of deliveries and quick response to unexpected changes
- Handling delays, incidents, and problem-solving in dynamic situations
- Fuel efficiency and cost control monitoring
- Preparing necessary transport documentation
- Close cooperation with HR, Customer Service, and Technical Departments
- ⚠️ Note: Searching for loads is not part of your duties.
Nasze wymagania
- Experience in transport planning or fleet coordination is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational talent and ability to keep calm under pressure
- Flexibility is required, as issues may arise outside regular working hours
- Very good command of English (C1) and Turkish or Romanian (Polish or other languages are a plus)
