Your responsibilities
- Application of the European procurement strategy at national level and development of a separate strategy for national procurement categories.
- Strategic selection, development, evaluation and optimization of the supplier and product portfolio
- Responsible execution of tenders and supplier negotiations
- Contract management as much as negotiating with the respective contact person through to the conclusion of a legally binding contract
- Maintenance and development of internal relationships, identification of savings opportunities
- Providing monthly reports to track savings and performance
- You like to design processes and contribute with your own ideas
Our requirements
- Purchasing specialist with university diploma or comparable diploma, specialized certificate or completed technical degree with further training in purchasing
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Highly target oriented
- Confident and cooperative with suppliers and employees
- Advanced Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Good knowledge and willingness to learn on AI tools, and application in business
- Business fluent Polish and English skills, spoken and written
- High flexibility, resilience and team-oriented cooperation
