About the project
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a short-term migration project focused on modernizing the development environment. The primary objective is to support the migration of repositories within GitLab while ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the target infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This is a 2-month contract with an immediate start.
Your responsibilities
- Support the migration of GitLab repositories.
- Plan, execute, and validate repository migrations.
- Configure and maintain GitLab environments.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless migration process.
- Troubleshoot migration-related issues and implement solutions.
- Follow DevOps best practices throughout the project.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, including repository management and migration.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and Git workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight project timelines.
- Good communication skills in English.
