About the project
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and technically-minded Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and delivery for our Digital Content Products, primarily focusing on the French market with potential for other international markets in the future.
Your responsibilities
- Perform data quality checks, testing, and monitoring of delivery processes for Digital Content Products, primarily for the French market.
- Review and validate data outputs and final deliveries provided to clients.
- Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and support resolution processes.
- Communicate with clients in French during calls and meetings regarding data quality and monitoring topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing processes, products, and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of new measurement technologies and quality monitoring solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for quality-related questions and provide guidance to team members.
- Create, maintain, and improve documentation of quality processes and procedures.
Our requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data quality, data analysis, digital products, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (or similar data analysis tools).
- Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and draw conclusions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure documentation and processes are completed.
- Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of digital tagging, tracking, and measurement technologies.
- Experience working in a client-facing role or supporting international clients.
- Experience with process improvement and quality assurance methodologies.
- Project coordination or documentation experience.
