Obowiązki
- Own and drive the end-to-end cutover planning and execution process.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the overall cutover plan.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project streams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful go-live execution.
- Lead cutover workshops, status meetings, and progress tracking activities.
- Coordinate activities between the Data Migration Team, Oracle HCM Team, Platform Team, Oracle Consulting Team, and business representatives.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to the Program Owner and Steering Committee.
- Support go-live execution and issue management during deployment.
- Contribute to hypercare planning and coordination if required.
Wymagania
- Extensive experience as a Cutover Manager, Cutover Lead, Release Manager, Deployment Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in cutover planning and execution for large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and critical project milestones.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the cutover stream.
Oferujemy
- Experience supporting or coordinating hypercare activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM platforms.
- Experience within HR transformation programs.
- Experience working in international environments.
