Wstęp
- We are looking for our Client Airways: Customer Services Agent with Spanish, Italian, Russian in Wroclaw, Poland.
Obowiązki
- Your responsibilities will include making new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds.
Wymagania
- Russian, Italian, Spanish language B2/C1
- English - B2/C1
- Flexible to work on shifts (8 am – 7 pm 5 days per week on a rotation basis), no night shifts.
