Your responsibilities
- Participation and overseeing of the work of two bookkeepers, management of the planning, A/P-A/R, Bank reconciliation, payroll, payments…
- Liaison with our clients based abroad: Strong relationship, advice, and best practices to operate in Poland,
- Annual Final statements for all the clients, finalize P&L and BS. Prepare the annual budget/forecast
- Monthly and annual tax & statutory compliance
- Implementation all the processes complying with Spanish regulations for our clients
- Coaching and training the team to maintain our standards of excellence
- Assess our clients on new process and methodologies
- Review before sending to the client all the reportings (P&L, and budget) and advice the clients.
- Advice to CFO of parent company on the financial implications of business activities, advice on administration tasks to be performed and anticipated issues, and preparation of the final statement for the consolidation for headquarters
- Communicate and maintain trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
Our requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in finance & accounting and outstanding accomplishment in business accounting, financial analysis, controlling & strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountants, or any other related field from an accredited institution.
- English language – level B2 at least
- The candidate should be aware of tax, laws & regulation in Poland on accounts management. This experience and skills will enable the candidate to take responsibility of financial reporting of Altios clients
- Natural ability to multi task, proactive, logical and analytical thinking , sense of Responsibility,
- People management skills and a high degree of integrity, participative style of management
- Entrepreneurial spirit, pleasant personality, passionate for international environment
- Services understanding, strong communication and leadership skills
- Level B in other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin)
- Experience of work at a corporate service provider (accouting, finance)
