Your responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across ESA, EUSPA and European Commission-funded programmes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders, space agencies, industrial primes, research organisations and commercial partners.
- Shape and execute business development strategies aligned with Creotech Instruments’ long-term growth objectives.
- Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning and partnership development activities.
- Coordinate the preparation of compelling technical and commercial pre-sales proposals for ESA, Horizon Europe, EUSPA and other European funding mechanisms.
- Facilitate the establishment of international consortia and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, programme management, BID and product development teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
- Represent Creotech Instruments at international conferences, industry forums and institutional events.
- Monitor market developments, emerging technologies and policy trends relevant to the European space sector.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to achieving ambitious business growth targets.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in business development, account management, strategic sales or institutional relations within the space sector.
- Strong knowledge of ESA programmes, procurement processes and European institutional funding mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships within the European space ecosystem.
- Understanding of satellite technologies, Earth Observation, SATCOM, navigation and downstream applications.
- Experience preparing proposals for ESA, Horizon Europe, EUSPA or analogous programmes.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively within international and multicultural environments.
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
- Engineering or technical background.
- Experience participating in international consortia.
- Knowledge of New Space commercial markets.
- Familiarity with European industrial policy and institutional procurement frameworks.
