Your responsibilities

  • Controlling Business Partner to Used Trucks Sales & Rental Director
  • Provide business control support and proactive advice on financial performance to Used Trucks Sales & Rental Director and also for Top Management
  • Lead Used Trucks & Rental monthly business analysis and prepare Management Report and KPI Reports including commentary to financial performance and deviations
  • Drive Business Performance follow up together with Used Truck Sales & Rental Director
  • Lead Risk assessment of Buy-Back Portfolio
  • Support day-to-day activities related to Buy-Back Portfolio Management
  • Contribute to preparations for Business Review Meetings
  • Engage actively in the Month End Process and produce deviation analysis to Business Plan and Estimates along with early warning reports
  • Actively participate in Used Trucks Sales & Rental Team Meetings
  • Ensure the integrity of all financial data utilized
  • Manage process of preparation, development and delivery of Used Trucks Sales & Rental Annual Market Execution Plan and quarterly Estimates
  • Monitor Cash Flow Position regularly with main focus on inventories
  • Ensure compliance to internal control framework
  • Drive continuous improvements in Finance

Our requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in controlling / financial analysis (preferably in similar role within Commercial /Retail business environment)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power point and SAP (knowledge of power BI would be additional advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great collaboration skills and building relations with diversified group of people
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and manage workflow with minimal supervision
  • Good communications skills English and Polish
  • Openness for challenges
