Obowiązki
- Partner with Product Delivery Leads and business stakeholders within the Talent, Learning & Culture domain,
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements,
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements across People & Culture technology initiatives,
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions,
- Support initiatives related to People & Culture Technologies, SRA, Compliance, and Quality,
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and business improvements,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams,
- Support project activities, testing processes, and solution validation,
- Contribute to organizational change management and business transformation initiatives,
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed objectives, quality standards, and business expectations.
Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or project environment,
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder management,
- Ability to investigate business needs and recommend strategic improvements,
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams,
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization,
- Experience creating and maintaining business and functional documentation,
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to effectively support organizational change and business transformation,
- Experience with HR/People & Culture technologies is considered an advantage,
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
