Your responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the bidding process for space sector opportunities.
- Analyse tender documentation and customer requirements.
- Coordinate proposal preparation with engineering, legal, product and business teams.
- Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant proposal submissions.
- Manage proposal documentation and internal review processes.
- Collaborate with customers, partners and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
Our requirements
- Experience in writing proposals, tender documentation or responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Interest in the space, scientific, defence or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 Level)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in aerospace, defence, space or high-tech industries.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Understanding of public procurement or institutional tendering processes.

BID Manager (Space)
As a Bid Manager, you will coordinate the preparation of proposals for customers in the space sector. You will work closely with engineering, product, legal and business teams to develop high-quality submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
