Your responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for Windows-based Pensions systems and related infrastructure.
- Support the deployment of application releases, patches, and configuration changes across test and production environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows Server and MS SQL Server issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams when required.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, system procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
- Support IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management, and coordinate technical activities with Site Services and other support teams.
Our requirements
- Windows Server: Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot DB-related issues).
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, SOPs).
- Solid understanding of deployment processes (managing releases, implementing changes/patches in test and production environments).
- Familiarity with corporate IT procedures (Change Management, Incident Management or ServiceNow).
