Your responsibilities
- Understanding the processes to document them and analyse them in cooperation with other functions
- Improving, streamlining, and automating the processes by leveraging the automation tools
- Facilitating and coordinating project workshops
- Participating in tests deployment of bots
- Supporting Finance process owner to contribute process and procedural documentation
Our requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies in Finance, Accounting, IT or similar field (Graduation between December 2024-September 2025)
- Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system) .
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
- Understanding of basic finance processes and its functions (Payables, Procurement, Finance Operations)
- High interest in the technology and automation area
- Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools

The Finance Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for assessing and delivering continuous process improvement leveraging 6 Sigma methodology, automation & Analytics using multiple technologies - AI, Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate,Tableau.
