AMLRS EMEA TA Team in 2024
The previous year brought a lot of exciting opportunities for AMLRS EMEA TA Team. Most of us have already shared the 2024 accomplishments by now. It's time to summarize all of the incredible events our TA Team had a chance to attend:
Online meetings: we set a goal for ourselves that we would apply out of the box thinking when it comes to building a strong candidate pipeline. Instead of waiting for the candidates to apply - we decided to introduce ourselves first which has proven to be effective and allowed us to engage in many insightful conversations about reimagining compliance. We were able to meet online and discuss this with the brilliant students of many Universities across the country
Talent Days and Wroclaw University Job Fairs: we had the opportunity to participate in some of the biggest Job Fairs in the country and meet in person with future candidates and university graduates. These events were a great chance to connect with the student community and talk about career opportunities as well as the challenges they face after entering the job market
Online workshops: 1:1 with the Recruiter, CV consultation and how to be visible on LinkedIn - those are just the examples of some of the online workshops that we attended and that we engaged the student community in
As you may notice, we wanted to focus on introducing ourselves as a company with strong values and mission, discussing career opportunities and being more visible. Moreso, the work that we do daily reflects on the society and its safety - we all make an impact every day!
January is coming to an end and as the first month of the year passes, we already have some new exciting things planned for this next year! We are also continuing the work that we've already started, making sure we provide the highest possible quality standards.
None of the above would have happened without the support of our amazing AMLRS Leadership, Managed Services, Training and Learning&Development, Marketing Teams and colleagues who helped us represent the company and plan each event, as well as Career Centres at Universities that gave us an opportunity to organize and present the company.
Teamwork truly makes the dream work.
