☀️ Growing Employer Branding Across Regions: Our Talent Acquisition Team in Europe proudly shared the Employer Branding Influencer Program with colleagues in India and the US created to strengthen AML RightSource's visibility and encourage employee advocacy, the initiative focuses on empowering colleagues to build their professional presence and actively engage on LinkedIn. We're also planning dedicated LinkedIn learning sessions for team members who are new to the platform and would like to learn how to use it more effectively. It is inspiring to see our global Employer Branding community continue to grow and strengthen our #OneTeam culture 🌍
☀️ Surprise Pizza Day Across the Office: Sometimes the best moments are the unexpected ones! June brought a surprise Pizza Day that gave colleagues the chance to step away from their desks, enjoy some delicious food, and spend quality time together. These simple moments help create connections, boost morale, and remind us of the importance of celebrating everyday wins 🍕
☀️ Creative Cosmetic Workshops in Kraków: Our employees had the opportunity to take part in a unique hands-on workshop focused on natural self-care products. Participants created their own body peelings and bath salts using natural ingredients, combining creativity, relaxation, and a little bit of wellness during the workday. It was a fantastic chance to unwind, learn something new, and take home personalized creations made with care 🌿
☀️ Learning and Networking at EB Masters Kraków: Representatives from our Talent Acquisition Team took part in the EB Masters event in Kraków, connecting with employer branding professionals and gaining valuable insights into the latest trends in talent attraction and employee engagement. Attending events like this allows us to bring fresh ideas back to our teams and continue enhancing the candidate and employee experience 🚀
☀️ Supporting the Next Generation of AML Talent in Poland: Continuing our collaboration with local universities, our Talent Acquisition Team in Kraków, together with colleagues from Managed Services and Learning & Development, connected virtually with students from the University of the National Education Commission (UKEN). The session focused on career opportunities in AML and financial crime prevention, highlighting how research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills can translate into rewarding careers. Students also received practical advice on recruitment processes, interviews, and successfully entering the job market. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their expertise and enthusiasm to this webinar - and to UKEN for having us! 🎓
