Your responsibilities
- Onboard, develop, retain and motivate team of technicians and supervisors to ensure a financially competitive workforce
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control processes as well as company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the department in alignment with the overall goals of the organization
- Monitor and optimize operational processes and tools to improve efficiency
Our requirements
- Operational leadership experience from areas such as construction and service within renewables, oil and gas, offshore is a pre-requisite (OEMs, utilities, suppliers)
- Experience with developing and growing larger teams
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams
- Ability to challenge the organisation on technical aspects and on operational planning level
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment balancing fast decision-making with a holistic problem solving attitude
- Management training/education is preferable but not a must
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Travel days between 30-50 days per year are to be expected. Office based role preferably working out of our European hub in Szczecin
