Your responsibilities

Create and publish job ads on various international portals
Source candidates on international markets
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes on foreign markets (West and Central Europe)
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Performing interviews in cooperation with hiring managers.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

3+ year of experience in international recruitments
Very good command of English
Experience in direct search and know-how to effectively source candidates
Excellent communication skills allowing to build strong relationship with stakeholders
Ability to gather and analyse information skilfully
Team player mindset, eagerness to learn new things and share knowledge
Knowledge of international markets and job portals will be an advantage
