Your responsibilities
- Steering the realization of financial, operational, and strategic objectives; investigating variances (actuals versus budget) and underlying causes.
- Providing cost methodology, budgeting, management reporting, and business reviews.
- Preparing month-end closings, annual accounts, and tax obligations.
- Optimization/digitization of core financial business processes.
- Team management – coordination, control, & coaching of colleagues who are mainly concerned with bookkeeping, transactions, etc.
- Providing wide analyses & improvement projects, including the standardization of finance systems.
Employer requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Management or Controlling in a production environment.
- Strong in MS Office; especially Excel, and also ERP and preferably BI tools with the aim of transforming data into information.
- Excellent time management skills (dealing well with deadlines).
- Good English – enabling fluent business communication.
- Feeling comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, curious, and decisive personality.
