Your responsibilities

  • Problem Solving and Assessment evaluation
  • Applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues
  • Project plans and resources, tracking timelines and ensuring status updates are periodically communicated
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages
  • Assists with pre and post implementation analysis
  • Assists with mapping out stakeholder lists and establishing stakeholders' needs
  • Support in designing or improving business processes
  • Aids in updating process and procedural documentation
  • May help identify risks and support in creating solution-oriented approach
  • Assists with post deployment analysis Reporting and Metrics

Our requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2024-September 2025).
  • Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system) .
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English .
  • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others.
  • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and aptitude to learn new tools like Salesforce, Anaplan
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability in strategic thinking and organizational planning
