I've honestly had a bad experience at this company. Cyturs cyryrl has scammed me during multiple orders. I placed my orders expecting to receive the products and service that were promised, but instead I was repeatedly left disappointed. This has happened more than once, making it clear that this is not an isolated incident. As a customer, I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I have lost all trust in your company. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate resolution to this matter, including compensation or a full refund where applicable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly to warn other potential customers.
