Overall, if you consider changing your stable current job to this company, I strongly DO NOT recommend. However, if you're just starting your career, it is a good start.
Advantages:
- Great, young people
- B2B contract
- Amazing coffee, food, team building events for employees
- Opportunity to learn very fast as the pressure is enormous.
Disadvantages:
- People working on Saturday/Sunday (especially marketing people). No overhours paid. Even if you're not from marketing, someone from management can write you and you're expected to do the task they ask
- Firing people right on spot with 2 week notice. Doesn't matter whether you're working 3 months or years. Just because CMO or assistant to CMO think you're not doing well (which is not true as experience shows). And no conversions on performance from them, no asking why something in their opinion goes wrong. Just lean decision "fired"
- The most toxic CMO I have ever met
- Poor communication on performance/promotions/firing. You will know you're fired without even expecting it
- Company's revenues are highly unstable that depends on the season, economic situation etc. The lower the revenues, the more layoffs happen
- Loyalty does not count. Only revenues.
