I do not recommend this company for BI, Data Engineering, QA or Data Architecture teams.
The management says one thing but does another. It is very unprofessional, starting from team leaders up to top data management. During the interview process, you will hear many impressive and modern keywords that supposedly describe your future daily work. In reality, you will most likely end up supporting legacy systems with no real influence on architectural decisions. Excel and SQL will be your main tools.
The overall architecture is poorly designed, with many bugs and flawed implementation decisions across the system. Automation is weak, and even handling small datasets can become a significant challenge.
Product and Project Managers communicate in a chaotic, “bazaar-style” manner, with no proper methodology and poorly defined requirements.
Despite having revenue, the company focuses heavily on cost-cutting and offers no meaningful bonuses.
Overall, this is not a good place to work at the moment.
