This is the worst and most destructive DHL branch. They can't redirect the package, they won't give details where the package is even though it has been in the store and they only write personal data protection. But instead of using it, they share customer data with third parties, thus breaking the clause in the agreement on the protection of personal data. In addition, they extort money and steal from customers and always have problems with everything. My sister and I got the impression that people without school work there and can't read with comprehension, or they're so burnt with weed (which is legal here) that they don't give a (usunięte przez administratora) about everyone. Instead of DHL, I recommend DPD, which corrects its mistakes within 24 hours, and not like DHL washes its hands, even though due to errors on their website, the package was delivered to an unknown place. And only after 3 weeks (kindly for the sender, who are so obscured), they sent data about sending the package and where it can be looked for. because most likely the suppliers take them home. After all, DHL will return the money for the package.
