I had been working at Mekano for 4 months and everything started well. I really enjoyed exploring a new industry for me and sometimes worked overtime because I wanted to succeed and understand the industry to be a better professional. But when I had to leave the company after 4 months due to the personal reasons, I saw the real face of the guy who managed the company. I had 2 pending invoices for my work (1 - for one month and 2 - for 10 days of the new month). At first he said that he had to get the payment from the client and then he could pay my invoices. One week passed, 2 weeks passed - nothing. I kept reminding him about the unpaid invoices, but he always said "tomorrow". And then after another reminder after 1.5 months, he sent me a huge message, saying that I'm an awful professional and I didn't bring any good results for him. So, I don't deserve the payment for 10 days. And guess what? He never paid the 2nd invoice for the full month! So, I worked for free for almost 1,5 months... You know what's the most interesting part? He started blaming me for being a bad employee after he closed my access to the workspace! So that I wouldn't have an opportunity to prove my words with screenshots etc. He made up some ridiculous arguments, like having "missed calls" and so on. But he couldn't even share the evidence with me. I asked him to provide the screenshots and the performance report, but how can he do this when his arguments are made up? And he never told me anything bad about my work during those 4 months when I was working there. Instead, he kept sending me more tasks to complete and never complained. But what a great "strategy" he has when he doesn't want to pay an employee. Is it even legal in Poland?? So if you ever consider working there, take a look at how they treat their employees...

Same here, very similar story, his real face is actually greed and lack of honesty, the same I know yet one more story. Will contact you soon, there is a way out.
