Don’t rent anything from this company. I have the worse experience with his company (usunięte przez administratora) He asked me a different amount for agency fee that was in the announcement… after that he was always sending bills of over used media (electricity, internet, water). They increased the rent after 3 months a moved in. They forced me to pay bills which I don’t understand from where they come from I sent proof that I barely was at the flat but still they were asking me for bills I barely used and (usunięte przez administratora)but I paid them to avoid further problems since he was always asking if I’m not happy I should move out. (usunięte przez administratora) He was showing the flat I was living in to potential buyers and sending a email sometime few hours before they come. I had the worse experience I ever had in my life in that place with horrible hygienic conditions… the flat was completely dirty since the first day I moved in. The room I moved in still had clothes from the previous tenant and it was the dirtiest party of the flat. Before I left the flat I made an appointment with (usunięte przez administratora) and he never showed up, contacting him via phone the same informed that he would come the next day and he didn’t. Then I recorded whole flat to show how it looked like when I left and I asked a flatmate to be my witness. When asking for my deposit back he didn’t respond my emails until he called me to blackmail me saying that he gonna report me hahaha it’s even funny to see how pathetic a (usunięte przez administratora)can be. Again he asked for extra bills which I don’t understand again when it comes from… and he took it from my deposit. So if you want to rent a place with that agency … be aware at where you’re putting yourself in.
We lived in old town krakow unit owned by Tiny Valley for 4 years, and loved our time living there! Philip was always easy to get in touch with and responsive to any communication. We had a few repairs needed throughout the years, such as the fridge dying, a water leak through the floor into a unit below, a whole new water heater, and a few other little things; Philip always provided timely repairs, and sometimes his friends would come by as a handy man for small fixes like a leaky sink. He only raised our rent during our final year there, and only by 100 pln. We miss that apartment a lot, and really appreciate how he treated us as tenants.

They have multiple properties, so can't speak for all of them, but management is fair, reasonable and seems to just want to run the property by the book with minimal headache for them or for the tenant. Repairs are prompt, staff is friendly. They have events and contest for residents, which is cool if you're into that. Overall, can't really go wrong with them.
They provide a good service and simplicity to renting an accommodation, they make sure to know your spending limits and make sure to know what you want by also giving a range of different services.

Total professionalism. Both Philip and Bartek met our needs with apartment presentations and fast documentation work. Both were available and patient with questions, diligent with timelines, and were most importantly, honest with me and expectations that were set. Their timeliness was excellent and results were achieved as discussed from the beginning. I am more than happy to refer Tiny Valley to any of my family, friends, or colleagues.
Tiny Valley Filip Probosz is by far one of the best landlords I've had to date. Every single time we've contacted the about a repair, it's either been fixed or had a repairman looking at it in less than 24 hours. They are very diligent with responses, never shows up unannounced, and even gave me a free lift to the airport ones.

@Tiny Valley Filip Probosz Pretty hands on landlord and straightforward so you know what you are getting into. Is quick to respond to maintenance issues. Does add a non-standard clause to shovel own snow when we were living in big house with garden but no big deal as rest of the rental is smoothl;y run.

Well, my experience is the worst I've had. The flat was in not the best condition, and there were always additional payments for some things I never used in this flat. (usunięte przez administratora) I was scared and submitted an issue to the Cyberpolice, and after that I did nit receive any threats. After my contract ended, I've received a strange invoice from Tiny Valley, demanding to pay additional (usunięte przez administratora) PLN for nothing (I paid all my bills ahead of time, so there is no possible debt from my side).
Witam. Trafiam do tego wątku i zaczynam się zastanawiać, dlaczego w sumie brakuje jakichkolwiek wpisów na temat tego pracodawcy? Czyżby firma ta była tak dobra, ze nie ma o czym napisać? Pamiętajcie, że każdy wpis jest pomocny dla osób szukających zatrudnienia w takich miejscach.
Firma działa dopiero kilka lat ,ale dobrze sobie radzi, ma dobre opinie ,więc polecam pracę.

I have rented from them an apartment in Bronowice, nice location. Tiny Valley staff was very helpful. I will contact them again when I will be in Krakow!
They are scammers. They change the bills that you have to pay and in my case, they do not return the deposit. If they were ashamed, they would close the business.
