Unfortunately, after paying the subscription fee upfront, my selling privileges were restricted and eventually blocked, even though I had already paid for the full subscription period. Based on my personal experience, I found this extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review the terms and conditions, especially regarding the possibility of having selling privileges restricted or suspended after payment. Personally, I will not use this company again. I recommend others to be very cautious and think carefully before subscribing.

Dear Ibrahim Thank you for your review. We are sorry that this situation was disappointing for you. We would like to clarify what happened so that the circumstances are also clear to other users. The registration fee provides access to the database of wholesalers. The selling option is a separate, additional service available for Premium, Business and Enterprise accounts, which is activated after the company has been successfully verified. This is specified in the General Terms and Conditions, which you accepted during registration: “ The selling option for PREMIUM, BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE accounts is an additional service activated at the user’s request after successful verification of their company. Merkandi reserves the right to refuse activation of the selling option without providing a reason. The service is not an integral part of PREMIUM, BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE accounts. The failure to activate, refusal to activate, or deactivation of the selling option at any time does not constitute grounds for requesting a refund of the cost of access to the Merkandi platform.” (General Terms and Conditions, §4 point 3) The offer you added concerned a product that is not permitted on our platform, which is why it was blocked. Each time, we informed you of the reason and the specific rules on which our decision was based. When the offer appeared again, we warned you that publishing it again would result in the selling option being deactivated. Unfortunately, this is what happened, so the action we had announced was implemented. Your account itself remained active until the end of the paid subscription period. We understand that you may have a different view of the situation, and we respect your opinion. We simply wanted to ensure that anyone reading the review has the full picture of the circumstances.
