I highly do not recommend this company FriendlyScore or prior social media scoring Firstly the company is extremely small and there is no software development methodology there is no ticketing system or task driven system like the way it should be you must work with black magic , You have to work under huge pressure. You have to use your own computer with (umowa Prace) …and interesting thing is that they will complain about the speed of your computer etc …totally stupid… there is no deadline at the beginning and the requirements are not clear , you will get task without deadline and when you are in the middle of task they will talk that you are late and after deadline.. every two days they think something else and they change requirements. Office is too small that when you drink tea everyone is looking at you like you are swearing them – whole company in Poland is summarized in one room :D so you can imagine the chaos when they talk with customer etc , no HR no Finance department … no multisport like they mentioned in their advertisement no private insurance package… they are all lie , there is no Stock buying and selling opportunity for employees . Office is quite noisy and if you want to listen to music they will think you want to be isolated … Horrible thing is that they also don’t pay your salary if the result of your work Is not suitable for them, (how you can know if your work has been done the way they want without any inspection or any clear requirement inside the ticket!!!! Good luck) so there is no respect to low and regulation… No holiday on demand, you cant be ill - project is more important than you or your family –if you want to have a sick leave you need to inform them one month before which is silly but happened to me :D Too much lie and chaos, you have one Co-founder/Head of Product and another one CTO & Founder each of them give you different information and requirement and deadline about the project … true confusion
