Wstęp
- Store managers spend a lot of time working with the staff on the sales floor, ensuring that customers are satisfied and that the store is meeting its goals. They take joy in their team, investing in them, and taking the initiative to ensure their shop succeeds.
Obowiązki
- Lead and motivate your team, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles, to work to their full potential every day and provide an environment where colleagues can produce their best work;
- Create an environment where every member of your team can do their best work;
- Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of your store;
- Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve your store’s key performance indicators;
- Optimisation of store process through regular process analysis and implementation;
- Solve problems swiftly to enable your team to focus on their tasks;
Wymagania
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- The flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;
- Knowledge of the Maltese or Italian languages will be considered an asset;
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills;
- A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times;
- Willingness to be continuously on the go, working alongside your team;
Oferujemy
- A full time, 40 hours per week, organized on 5 days (8 hours per day);
- Annual salary: starting from €29.396;
- Allowances paid for Sundays and Public Holidays worked;
- Night shift allowance when applicable;
- A premium Company car (currently a BMW) available for both business and private use, with all related management costs borne by the company, including fuel card, insurance and maintenance;
