Your responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to quality management procedures and documentation
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process and participate in quality management improvement projects
- Conduct precise laboratory tests to evaluate product quality, document test results and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and address complaints in the SAP system, analyse data, and communicate with clients for resolution
- Provide training on quality control procedures to production personnel
- Develop and oversee product labels for integration into the SAP system
- Ensure accurate data entry into the system as “Key User”
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality management procedures and documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in using manufacturing-related software and systems
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
