About the project
We are looking for a QA Manual Tester / Junior Automation Tester to join a project delivered for Credit Agricole.
We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment, can independently plan and execute testing activities, and is motivated to develop their skills in test automation.
This role combines manual testing with the opportunity to grow towards automation. You will have a real impact on product quality, testing processes, and the development of quality and regression standards.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing test scenarios and test cases
- Performing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Reporting, documenting, and retesting defects
- Analyzing requirements and identifying potential quality gaps
- Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Business stakeholders
- Supporting quality assurance throughout the entire change lifecycle
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of simple automated tests
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of quality standards and regression test suites
- Developing skills and practical experience in test automation
Our requirements
- Professional experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications
- Ability to create test cases and clear defect reports
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar
- Basic knowledge of API testing
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good understanding of the software testing process and defect lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and organize your own tasks
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent Polish language skills
- Basic experience with test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or a similar tool
- Knowledge of one programming language, e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience with AI tools supporting QA activities, such as requirements analysis, test preparation, documentation, or everyday QA work
