Wstęp
- DCX is an innovative company that manufactures and implements direct liquid cooling systems for the AI and data center sectors. We design, produce, and install server cooling solutions—including CDU systems, immersion tanks, engineered fluids, pump groups, manifolds, coolers, and everything else our clients need for effective heat dissipation in data centers. We work with clients worldwide, creating solutions that set new industry standards. Our products are currently operating in dozens of countries across all continents. Due to new contracts and growing customer demand, we are rapidly expanding our technical and engineering teams. Our warehouses are based in two locations: Ursynów (Poleczki 23) and Falenty Nowe (Droga Hrabska 4e).
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities on the DCX side and make sure all tasks are progressing according to the agreed project scope, requirements and deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact for the client - be available to answer questions, provide updates and coordinate information between the client and our internal teams.
- Stay in close contact with the client throughout the project, making sure their questions and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Follow up on activities across engineering, logistics, purchasing, production and other DCX teams, ensuring that agreed actions are completed as planned.
- Monitor project progress, track deadlines and proactively follow up on delayed or outstanding tasks.
- Verify project information, status and key data in internal systems to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Organize and participate in online and in-person meetings with clients and internal project teams.
- Provide the client with regular updates on project status, key milestones, risks and next steps.
- Identify potential issues early, coordinate their resolution and make sure the right people on the DCX side are involved.
- Manage several projects and client relationships at the same time.
- Cooperate with clients and teams across Asia, Europe and the USA, including meetings scheduled across different time zones.
- Represent DCX professionally in daily communication and meetings with international clients and partners.
Our requirements
- English and Polish at C1 level or higher - you are comfortable communicating with international clients and partners every day, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones, especially when cooperating with teams and clients in Asia and the USA.
- Several years of experience as an independent Project Manager.
- Experience leading project meetings and working with distributed teams.
- Strong ownership, independence and a proactive approach to work.
