Min. 1 year of relevant experience
Fluent English (C1) in speech and writing
Good German (min. B1) in speech and writing
Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Perform standard procurement activities and clarify operational issues
Timely and accurately process Requisition-2-Procure (R2P) transactions according to internal SOPs
Select proper buying channel
Verify purchase requisition completeness
Complete, release, monitor and follow-up purchase orders
Contribute to invoice resolution and recording goods receipts
Evaluate and manage claims
Support supplier evaluation – provide input in alignment with SRM Process
Contribute to continuous process improvements
Attend regular status calls with the internal stakeholders
