Obowiązki
- Being the representative of the program’s portfolio towards Alstom management
- Define in advance project core team staffing, as well as his/her Work Package (WP) resources and escalate when program resources available do not match the Meta-program needs
- Synchronize internal partners, organize proper transfer from tender to program’s and arbitrate when necessary
- Manage Alignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders with project related to development
- Arbitration of Quality Cost Delivery and Performance (QCDP) re-baselining and change management at project level
- Support claim and litigations if neededProactive risk, saving and opportunity management
