- Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the validation process of external suppliers.

Our requirements
- Proficiency in English and German languages.
- Proven experience in safety and environmental management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in safety and health protection (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit - SIFA).
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in safety, environment, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HSE.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
