Your responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels promptly and professionally in English language in a multicultural environment.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints effectively.
- Managing orders from creation to invoicing accurately and in a timely manner, export documentation, including logistic arrangements.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain transportation documentation for customers, freight. forwarders, customs authorities, and customs brokers with attention to detail on record accuracy.
- Solve shipping issues with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Preparing documents and reports.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Send out Samples to customers/ customer Mailings.
Our requirements
- In depth working knowledge and 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build relationships with clients, interconnected departments, and logistic providers
- Ability to work as part of a team in multicultural environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in timely manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP.
