About the project
Join a team working on the modernization of post-trade processes and migration of trade flows to a common Nordic settlement platform.
You will collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement changes within the Calypso platform, and support testing and production activities.
This is a great opportunity to work in a rapidly evolving financial markets environment and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Define solution scope and support prioritization activities
- Design and document functional and technical solutions
- Configure and customize the Calypso platform
- Support development activities, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Plan and execute functional testing and UAT activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams
- Contribute to process and quality improvements
Our requirements
- Experience in financial markets and post-trade processes (securities settlement)
- Experience combining business analysis, solution design, and implementation activities
- Hands-on experience delivering IT changes from requirements through production deployment
- Understanding of system architecture and integration concepts
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with Calypso
- Experience with Java
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge of capital markets platforms and processes
