The company is currently developing a next-generation mobility platform that enables transport operators to efficiently manage vehicles and drivers, empowers regulators with real-time insights, supports service providers in delivering sustainable mobility solutions, and provides riders with a seamless transit experience.
As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered products and intelligent automation initiatives that drive measurable business value across multiple business functions. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow automation to transform business operations.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify high-impact business challenges and AI opportunities.
- Own the product lifecycle for AI agents and intelligent automation solutions—from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI-driven initiatives.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions, including agent architecture, prompt strategies, workflow automation, integrations, monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using modern agent frameworks in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI product initiatives and technical specifications.
- Drive the implementation of intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support.
- Measure business impact, optimize AI solutions, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products in a fast-paced environment.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, modern product architecture, and cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, or similar solutions (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK).
- Experience translating complex business needs into product strategies and technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Experience with agentic workflows and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI integrations and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, modern data platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), or multi-agent architectures.
- Previous experience in mobility, marketplaces, consulting, strategy, or other complex business environments.
