Our Partner is is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure the quality performance of our products and processes. This role is pivotal in initiating and owning non-conformities (NC) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), improving manufacturing processes, and developing an understanding of risk management, human factor practices, and statistical methods. You will work closely with operations and business functions to review change management activities, maintain KPIs for process and supplier quality, and support the execution and analysis of Quality Assurance Tests (QATs). Your proficiency in problem-solving, root-causing activities, and process risk will contribute significantly to our mission of enhancing the quality and safety of our products.

Quality Engineer

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure quality performance of products and processes by working closely with operations and business functions,
- Initiate and own NC and CAPA, and build proficiency in problem-solving and root-causing activities,
- Participate in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for existing and new products,
- Review change management activities to ensure quality is maintained,
- Maintain KPIs for monitoring process and supplier quality, perform analysis, interpret trends, and take necessary actions,
- Support execution and analysis of QATs to ensure product quality,
- Advocate human factor practices and develop an understanding of human factor identification, reduction, and mitigation,
- Develop an understanding of risk management practices and concepts and become proficient in process risk,
- Optimize inspection methods and sampling, and support First Article Inspections,
- Develop proficiency in statistical methods and their application to ensure process control.

We require:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,
- Fluency in English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Proficiency in statistical methods and tools,
- Knowledge of risk management practices and concepts,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
