Key Account Manager

Nowa Tepro, with its office and factory in Gdansk, specializes in the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of automotive industry standard automation systems for the assembly and testing of electric vehicle (EV) batteries and automotive components. Nowa Tepro has supplied and commissioned stations around the world, which have been integrated into assembly lines for the world's best-known automotive OEMs and battery manufacturers for electric cars.
In 2022, Lyric Automation Germany GmbH became the majority shareholder of Nowa Tepro. Lyric Automation, located in Hamburg, Langenhagen and Munich, specializes in the engineering, project management and distribution of high-quality EV battery production and measurement automation systems. We at Nowa Tepro will be the cornerstone of Lyric’s endeavour to grow its European engineering and manufacturing capacities.
Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for an employee for the position:

Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer and project development around the world, accomplished quarterly annual performance targets according to company planning.
• Responsible for customer management and market research, establishing contact with target customers, visiting; interpreting customer needs; coordinating project teams to carry out pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales business.
• Preparation of sales proposals and supporting presentation material and documents.
• Able to cooperate with the engineering team to complete customer pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales requirements on time and in quality; familiar with Lithium-Ion battery cell, module and pack products.
• Able to work with the team to develop a customer sales strategy, review contracts, verify prices and create quotations, and participate in business negotiations.
• Responsible for the overall management of the project delivery cycle, progress and cost control.
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related majors
• Project management experience and international trade experience preferred
• Fluency in English is a must (C1), fluency in other languages would be an advantage (preferred: German, Chinese)
• Proficiency in MS-Office office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Highly flexible and resilient to Lithium-ion battery-related fields (cells, modules and packs);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsible, customer focus and cooperative working style;
• Strong business and results-orientation
• High integrity, listening with good intentions, appreciate feedback;
• Open to multiple cultures;
• Willing to travel worldwide (80%)
