Our requirements:
- fluent English and language teaching qualifications
- pedagogical education — bachelor’s degree or during master’s studies is welcome
- experience or knowledge in working with kindergarten children
- passion for teaching and learning
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of the assumptions of the Non-Violence Communication and the method of the Little Researchers project is welcome
- taking care of a group of children aged 2-6 years old, together with a Polish teacher
- implementation of the didactic plan in accordance with the applicable curriculum and the original Przedszkole Niepubliczne Żyrafa program
- interest in keeping up to date with new pedagogical information
- preparing and conducting thematic classes, trips and celebrations
- partnership cooperation with the team, children and parents

Based on the NVC study, our kindergarten conducts the "Dream of the Giraffe", thanks to which we implement the idea of empathic communication in children.
