⭐ 1/5 – Terrible customer experience. I strongly do not recommend this store.
My experience with Car-Mania.pl, operated by DROPSHIP LEADERS LTD (UK), was extremely disappointing.
My order arrived far beyond the promised delivery timeframe, despite repeatedly being assured by customer service that it would arrive within the timeframe stated in their terms and conditions. The product was shipped from China and, when it finally arrived, it was damaged.
After submitting a complaint, I had to pay a significant amount to return the damaged product myself and provide proof of postage before they would send a replacement. I was then told I would receive the new product within around two weeks. In reality, I had to wait over a month for the replacement.
What is even more disappointing is that, to this day, I have received no clear information about reimbursement of the return shipping costs and no apology whatsoever for the delays and inconvenience. Instead, I kept receiving the same generic, copy-and-paste email responses without any meaningful resolution or proper follow-up.
I also find the company’s structure and transparency concerning. Car-Mania.pl operates and sells to customers in Poland, while the entity listed as responsible for the store is DROPSHIP LEADERS LTD, registered in the UK. From a customer’s perspective, this makes it unnecessarily difficult to verify the business independently and find reliable reviews or information about the actual company behind the Polish storefront. The UK registration and address listed for the company also give the impression of a virtual/registered-office type of setup rather than a transparent local business presence.
Overall: damaged product, extremely long delivery times, additional costs for the customer, poor communication, repetitive generic responses, and no proper follow-up regarding the costs incurred because of the complaint.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I definitely do not recommend Car-Mania.pl or DROPSHIP LEADERS LTD.
