Czy w Kancelaria Adwokacka Bartosz Mleczak możliwa jest praca na podstawie B2B?
Nie polecam! ------------------------- I do not recommend this law firm, be aware of unfair bills. ------------------------- I am writing my experience here based on the bill I received. ------------------------- I am applying for my 3rd resident card, I called them to set a consultation meeting, at the day of consultation, head of firm welcomed me, I explained my case about, he replied it's an easy case, got my email, and told me the price, 370 PLN (VAT included) per hour for their service. I agreed, and he left and introduced me to his young colleague to consult me, again I told the new person about my case, I asked him what is your recommendation? he said I can't tell you anything right now, I will send you some questions by email, and you will answer them, then we can send you the recommendation, he got my email again and I left. Bill item No. 1: Meeting with the client 0.5h > 150 PLN ------------------------- After few days I received an email with 11 questions, how long you've been in Poland, on what basis, how much you earn, Studies and etc. Bill item No. 2: Initial analysis of the possibility of submitting residence applications and, on this basis, preparing questions for the client 1.5h > 550 PLN ------------------------- I sent answer to all questions, with some documents attached to back my answers, and they send me their answer that I am eligible for what kind of resident card and one specific document that I need to have. Bill item No. 3: Analysis of the documents sent by the client and drafting of an e-mail memo with recommended actions for obtaining a residence title 2h > 740 PLN ------------------------- I received a bill as explained above (3 items) for sum of 1450 PLN (VAT included) for the services I explained. Which I paid and stopped my cooperation with them. ------------------------- My reasoning for stating "unfair bill": During the meeting there was zero information passed to me, and they just got my contact information, two different person same questions, in and out I was there for 20 min, if it's a paid consultation meeting, usually consultant analyze and check your documents at the same time, and tells you his recommendation. I paid for this visit. and then preparing questions 1.5h, like how you prepare 11 general question that is almost same for every resident card applicant in 1.5h! Analyzing documents 2h, ok this is the part consultation starts and I would be happy to pay for 2h of it, if there was no item one and two! I am just wondering if I would go there with all my documents, would sit there in front of that consultant that they call them-self experienced, would it take 4 hours to tell me what type of resident card I am eligible with? that's why I am saying the bill was not fair.
nie polecam w żadnym razie tego prawnika
