For our Client – an international company operating in the industrial sector and providing advanced technical solutions for industrial facilities, due to further expansion in the Central European market, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Technical Sales Specialist – Czech Republic Location: Remote

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

  • Actively developing B2B sales and acquiring new clients on the Czech market,
  • Managing the entire sales process – from customer needs analysis and offer preparation to negotiations and closing deals,
  • Coordinating technical and commercial projects for industrial clients,
  • Performing basic technical activities such as measurements, tests and site inspections,
  • Supervising subcontractors and installation teams during project execution,
  • Monitoring project costs, timelines and quality of implementation,
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards during project execution,
  • Building long-term business relationships and representing the company on the local market,
  • Reporting sales activities and project progress to the Sales Manager.

We expect from candidates:

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in an industrial or technical environment,
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to combine sales with project coordination activities,
  • Very good command of Czech and communicative English,
  • High level of independence, proactivity and strong organizational skills,
  • Readiness for frequent business travel within the region,
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Category B driving licence.
