Your responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes.
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Collaborate with process owners, functional leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver sustainable business improvements.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery.
Facilitate project governance activities and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and key decisions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and enhanced ways of working.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, delivery, and business value.

Experience in project management, related to transformation or change management initiatives.
Background within Shared Services (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), consulting, or another complex business operations environment is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects and business initiatives.
Ability to quickly understand new business topics and effectively drive projects in unfamiliar areas.
Strong project planning skills, including experience managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across different levels of the organization.
Experience preparing and presenting project updates, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
High level of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
Working knowledge of project management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
Very good command of English.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (60% office, 40% home office).
