Your responsibilities

  • Developing recipes for the production of new types of bread,
  • Implementing new technologies and looking for opportunities to improve the current process in order to implement new products,
  • Searching for innovative raw materials and technologies,
  • Supervision of the tests and their settlement,
  • Independently managing projects and completing them on time,
  • Preparing the evaluation of performed tests and analyzing their results, presenting conclusions,
  • Cooperation with the Marketing, Quality, Operations and Finance departments in conducting new product development projects,
  • Responsibility for the records and correctness of recipes in the system and their compliance with other systems,
  • Control and supervision of the correct process of raw material consumption and technological testing costs on production lines,
  • Keeping records of technological changes,
  • Development of a technological regime for new products leading to the best use of raw materials, packaging and labor efficiency.

Our requirements

  • Higher education - preferred field: Food technology (or during studies),
  • Practical knowledge of technological processes related to the production of bakery products, the specific operation of equipment and technological lines, production methods and techniques,
  • Knowledge of production process optimization tools, value engineering and LEAN philosophy and tools,
  • Good knowledge of English, enabling free communication,
  • Openness to new ideas and unconventional solutions, creativity and an attitude to seek solutions,
  • Teamwork skills and a sense of ownership,
  • Organized project management,
  • Perseverance in pursuing the goal.
