Wstęp
- AUDIT HR Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Kandydata na stanowisko Metal Department Team Leader (K/M)
Obowiązki
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of metal production (milling, grinding, turning, welding, painting (power coating).
- Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Allocate tasks, balance workload, and optimize resource utilization. Train, mentor, and support team members in processes, safety, and quality requirements
- Apply and promote Lean tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with Pre-Production, Engineering, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth workflow
- Meet delivery dates scheduled by Final Assembly and deliver just in time and just in sequence
- Identify and resolve issues related to productivity, material availability, quality, or equipment
- Maintain accurate daily production documentation and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department
Wymagania
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, including team leadership
- Technical or engineering background preferred
- Strong understanding of metal production processes production flow, and quality standards
- Knowledge in metal works: welding, grinding, polishing, milling, turning, painting (powder coating)
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is beneficial
- Good command of English
- Welding certificates, gluing certificates will be an advantage, not a must
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
