About the project
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join an international infrastructure transformation project focused on storage migration initiatives. In this role, you will combine business analysis, stakeholder management, reporting, and coordination responsibilities while leading a team of Business Analysts and supporting the successful delivery of complex migration activities.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
- Plan and coordinate storage migration activities across project timelines.
- Participate in and lead NAS migration initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Release Management to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards to support project monitoring and reporting.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a daily basis and provide regular project updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Follow up on requests and action items from project management and senior leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and project tracking processes.
Our requirements
- Experience working with NAS technologies, including CIFS and NFS.
- Hands-on experience with Network Attached Storage (NAS) migration projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of Power Apps.
- Experience using Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with SharePoint trackers.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with DataDobi StorageMAP.
